Section 604(e) of the Healthy Forest Restoration Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 6591c(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Of the monies retained under paragraph

(2)from an agreement or contract under subsection (b), the Chief or the Director, as the case may be, shall pay 25 percent of the retained monies to the county or counties in which the project site is situated. .
