Section 7(b) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(b) ) is amended by inserting before the undesignated matter following paragraph (13), as added by section 2108 of this Act, the following: The Administrator, acting through the district offices of the Administration, shall identify locations that may be used as recovery centers by the Administration in the event of a disaster declared under this subsection or a major disaster. Each district office of the Administration shall— identify a location described in subparagraph
(A)in each county, parish, or similar unit of general local government in the area served by the district office; and ensure that the locations identified under subparagraph
(A)may be used as a recovery center without cost to the Government, to the extent practicable. .
