Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available in fiscal year 2015 for the supplemental nutrition program as authorized by section 17 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1786 ), $220,000,000 are hereby rescinded. In addition to amounts provided elsewhere in this Act, there is hereby appropriated for Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children , $220,000,000, to remain available until expended, for management information systems, including WIC electronic benefit transfer systems and activities.
