In addition to funds appropriated in this Act, there is hereby appropriated $250,000,000, to remain available until expended, under the heading Food for Peace Title II Grants : , That the funds made available under this section shall be used for the purposes set forth in the Food for Peace Act for both emergency and non-emergency purposes: Provided , That the funds made available by this section used for emergency programs may be prioritized to respond to emergency food needs involving conflict in the Middle East and to address other urgent food needs around the world:
Provided further , That of the funds made available under this section, $20,000,000 shall be used to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for the release of eligible commodities under section 302(f)(2)(A) of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust Act ( Provided further 7 U.S.C. 1736f–1 ).
