None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule entitled Food Labeling; Nutrition Labeling of Standard Menu Items in Restaurants and Similar Retail Food Establishments published by the Food and Drug Administration in the Federal Register on December 1, 2014 (79 Fed. Reg. 71156 et seq.) until the later of— December 1, 2016; or the date that is one year after the date on which the Secretary of Health and Human Services publishes Level 1 guidance with respect to nutrition labeling of standard menu items in restaurants and similar retail food establishments in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i), (g)(1)(ii), (g)(1)(iii), and (g)(1)(iv) of section 10.115 of title 21, Code of Federal Regulations.
