For an additional amount for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Salaries and Expenses , $14,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be reduced by amounts collected and credited to this appropriation from amounts authorized to be collected by section 286(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1356(i) ), section 10412 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8311 ), and section 817 of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015: , That to the extent that amounts realized from such collections exceed $14,000,000, those amounts in excess of $14,000,000 shall be credited to this appropriation and remain available until expended:
Provided , That this authority is contingent on enactment of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015. Provided further
