In this Act: The term antidumping duty means an antidumping duty imposed under section 731 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1673 ). The term countervailing duty means a countervailing duty imposed under section 701 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1671 ). Except as otherwise provided, the term Secretary means the Secretary of the Treasury.
