Section 111 of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982 ( 30 U.S.C. 1721 ) is amended— by striking subsections
(h)and
(i)and inserting the following: Interest shall not be paid on any overpayment. ; and by redesignating subsections (j), (k), and
(l)as subsections (i), (j), and (k), respectively.
