Section 241(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1231(i) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)(A), by inserting charged with or before convicted ; and by amending paragraph
(5)to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 and each subsequent fiscal year. .
