Section 101(b)(1)(C) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3111(b)(1)(C) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of subclause (II); by inserting and at the end of subclause (III); and by adding at the end the following: are not less than 25 percent of the chief executive officers of minority-serving, community-based organizations; . Section 107(b)(2)(C) of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3122(b)(2)(A) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: shall include not less than 25 percent of the chief executive officers of minority-serving, community-based organizations; .

The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if enacted as part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3101 et seq. ).
