Sec. 6. National Employment Conference

Using funds described in section 4(d)(2), the Secretary shall convene a national employment conference not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter. The subject of the conference shall be the role of this Act in addressing all aspects of the problems of unemployment, the sharing of best practices in addressing those problems, and the discussion of problems in the administration of this Act.
