Section 16(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2025(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: A State agency may use a performance bonus payment received under this subsection only to carry out the program established under this Act, including investments in— technology; improvements in administration and distribution; and actions to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. .
