Section 1213 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3812a ) is amended— in the header, by striking and inserting conservation plans and conservation systems ; highly erodible land conservation plans and highly erodible land conservation systems by inserting highly erodible land before conservation plan each place it appears; and by inserting highly erodible land before conservation system each place it appears. Section 1213(a)(4) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3812a(a)(4) ) is amended by inserting , taking into account the assistance described in section 1212(g)(2) .
