The Commissioner shall ensure that appropriate personnel of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency are trained in the detection, identification, and detention of archaeological or ethnological materials the importation of which violates the customs and trade laws of the United States. The Commissioner is authorized to accept training and other support services from experts outside of the Federal Government in the detection, identification, and detention of archaeological or ethnological materials described in subsection (a).
