With respect to the study for flood and storm damage reduction related to natural disasters to by carried out by the Secretary and authorized under the heading under title II of division A of Investigations Public Law 113–2 , the Secretary shall include, to the maximum extent practicable, specific project recommendations in the report developed for that study.
