The parcel of land included in the Seward Harbor, Alaska navigation project identified as Tract H, Seward Original Townsite, Waterfront Park Replat, Plat No 2012–4, Seward Recording District, shall not be subject to the navigation servitude (as of the date of enactment of this Act). The Federal Government may enter upon any portion of the land referred to in subsection
(a)to carry out any required operation and maintenance of the general navigation features of the project.
