Section 107(c)(4) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7105(c)(4)) is amended— in the first sentence, by inserting the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, before and the Department ; and in the second sentence, by inserting , in consultation with the Secretary of Labor, before shall provide .
