Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary concerned shall study and report on— the opportunities for expanded all-terrain vehicle roads and trails across the Three Rivers District and adjacent areas on the Kootenai National Forest; the interconnectedness of roads on private or State land; and the opportunities for expanded access points to existing trails.
