Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the National Science Foundation, in cooperation with the Secretary of Education and the Secretary of Labor and working with the Director of the National Nanotechnology Coordination Office, shall— evaluate the investments of the National Nanotechnology Initiative in education and workforce training; and submit to Congress a report on the findings of the National Science Foundation with respect to the evaluation carried out under paragraph (1).
