Sec. 1505. Reduced frequency of annual reports on activities relating to minority veterans

The first sentence of section 544(c)(1) of such title is amended by striking each year and inserting every other year . The first report submitted under such section after the date of the enactment of this Act shall be submitted after the date that is one year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
