Subsection (a)(2) of section 111A is amended by striking December 31, 2014 and inserting September 30, 2015 . Such section is further amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: There is hereby authorized to be appropriated for each of fiscal years 2014 and 2015 for the Department, $4,000,000 to carry out this section. . Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on— the efforts of the Secretary to carry out the transportation services required by section 111A(a) of title 38, United States Code; the utilization of those services by covered veterans; and the feasibility and advisability of the continuation of the provision of such services after September 30, 2015.
