The Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.)— in section 8G(a)(2), as amended by section 402, is further amended by striking the National Reconnaissance Office, ; and in section 12, as amended by section 402, is further amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting or the Director of the National Reconnaissance Office; before as the case may be; ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting or the National Reconnaissance Office, before as the case may be; .
