Section 201(a) ( 29 U.S.C. 761(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking 1999 through 2003 and inserting 2014 through 2018 ; by striking National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research and inserting National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research ; and by striking Rehabilitation Research Advisory Council and inserting Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research Advisory Council ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 1999 through 2003 and inserting 2014 through 2018 .
