(2)as paragraph (3); by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraph (2): The Secretary may continue through December 31, 2015, any pilot program carried out under the authority in this section that was ongoing as of December 31, 2012. ; and in paragraph (3), as redesignated by paragraph
(2)of this section— by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting this subsection ; and by striking that paragraph and inserting the applicable paragraph of this subsection .
