This subtitle may be cited as the Medicare Total Health Act of 2013 . The purpose of this subtitle is to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve the sustainability of the Medicare program by establishing a Total Health system, reforming the Medicare fee-for-service program, and for other purposes.
