Section 1432(2) ( 20 U.S.C. 6472(2) ) is amended to read as follows: in subsection (a)— by striking or before local and by inserting or Indian tribe after “agency; and in paragraph (3), by inserting or school funded by the Bureau of Indian Education ; in subsection (c), by inserting or Indian tribe after agency; and by striking subsection
(d)and inserting the following: Each State agency, local educational agency, and Indian tribe shall— submit evaluation results to the State educational agency and the Secretary; and use the results of evaluation sunder this section to plan and improve subsequent programs for participating children and youth. Each Indian tribe shall also submit evaluation results to the Secretary of the Interior. .
