Section 1419 is amended to read as follows: From the amount reserved for evaluation activities in accordance with section 9601(a), the Secretary, acting through the Director of the Institute for Education Sciences, shall, in consultation with the relevant program office of the Department, evaluate the implementation and impact of the activities supported under this part, consistent with section 9601. .
