Section 1418(a) ( 20 U.S.C. 6438(a) ) is amended— by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: projects that facilitate the transition of children and youth between State-operated institutions, or institutions in the State operated by the Secretary of the Interior or Indian tribes, and schools served by local educational agencies or schools funded by the Bureau of Indian Education; or ; and in paragraph (2), by striking vocational each place the term appears and inserting career .
