Section 1424 ( 20 U.S.C. 6454 ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking , including and all that follows through gang members ; in paragraph (4)— by striking vocational and technical education and inserting career and technical education, costs associated with testing for a recognized equivalent of a secondary school diploma ; and by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: programs for at-risk Indian children and youth, including such children and youth in correctional facilities in the area served by the local educational agency that are operated by the Secretary of the Interior or Indian tribes. .
