Sec. 1038. Report on capability of Yemeni government to detain, rehabilitate, and prosecute individuals detained at Guantanamo who are transferred to Yemen

Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State shall jointly submit to the congressional defense committees, the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate a report on the capability of the government of Yemen to detain, rehabilitate, and prosecute individuals detained at Guantanamo who are transferred to Yemen. Such report shall include an assessment of any humanitarian issues that may be encountered in transferring individuals detained at Guantanamo to Yemen.
In this section, the term individual detained at Guantanamo has the meaning given such term in section 1035(e)(2).
