In addition to amounts otherwise made available by this division, $150,000,000 is appropriated for Department of Energy, Atomic Energy Defense Activities, National Nuclear Security Administration, Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation for domestic uranium enrichment research, development, and demonstration.
