Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for Department of Energy, Atomic Energy Defense Activities, National Nuclear Security Administration, Weapons Activities shall be $7,577,341,000. Section 301(c) of division B of Public Law 112–74 shall not apply to amounts made available by this section.
