Division II of Public Law 104–333 (16 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended in each of sections 107, 208, 310, 408, 507, 607, 707, 809, and 910, by striking 2012 and inserting 2013 . Effective on October 12, 2012, section 7 of Public Law 99–647 , as amended by section 702(d) of Public Law 109–338 and section 1767 of Public Law 112–10 , is further amended by striking the date and all that follows and inserting September 30, 2013 . Section 12 of Public Law 100–692 ( 16 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended— in subsection (c)(1), by striking 2012 and inserting 2013 ; and in subsection (d), by striking the date that is 5 years after the date of enactment of this sub section and inserting September 30, 2013 .
Section 108 of Public Law 106–278 ( 16 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended by striking 2012 and inserting 2013 .
