Section 185 (29 U.S.C. 2935) is amended— in subsection (c)— in paragraph (2), by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (3), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: shall have the option to submit or disseminate electronically any reports, records, plans, or any other data that are required to be collected or disseminated under this title. ; and in subsection (e)(2), by inserting and the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate, after Secretary, .
