Section 119 of title 17, United States Code, as amended in section 201, is amended by adding at the end the following: This section shall cease to be effective on December 31, 2019. . Section 107(a) of the Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act of 2010 ( 17 U.S.C. 119 note) is repealed.
