(1)of section 9503(b) is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: and taxes received under section 4081 shall be determined without regard to tax receipts attributable to the rate specified in section 4081(a)(2)(C) . The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in the provision of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act of 2005: A Legacy for Users to which it relates.
