Beginning not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall include in any public service announcement relating to immigration to the United States for broadcast on the radio and on television in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, or Mexico, or for publication on the Internet in such a country, the penalties for entering the United States in contravention of the immigrations laws (as such term is defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101)).
