Section 328(a) of title 23 United States Code, is amended by striking construction of stormwater treatment systems and inserting construction of stormwater treatment systems or green stormwater infrastructure . Section 133(b) of such title is amended— in paragraph
(2)by inserting and green infrastructure after material ; and in paragraph
(7)by striking wildlife, and inserting wildlife or stormwater, .
