Section 520A(e) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–32(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall, as appropriate, provide technical assistance to grantees regarding evidence-based practices for the prevention and treatment of geriatric mental health disorders, as well as disseminate information about such evidence-based practices to States and nongrantees throughout the United States. .
