Sec. 1224. Limitation on availability of funds to transfer missile defense information to the Russian Federation

None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2015 or any subsequent fiscal year for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended to transfer missile defense information to the Russian Federation unless, with respect to such fiscal year, the President submits to the congressional defense committees not later than October 31 of such fiscal year a report on discussions between the Russian Federation and the United States on missile defense matters during the immediately preceding fiscal year, including any discussions for cooperation between the two countries on missile defense matters. The report submitted pursuant to subsection
(a)with respect to fiscal year 2015 shall, in addition to including the information described in subsection
(a)with respect to fiscal year 2014, include the information described in subsection
(a)with respect to fiscal years 2007 through 2013.
