The Secretary of Defense shall ensure compliance with section 2330a of title 10, United States Code, and shall provide, in writing, notification of such compliance to the congressional defense committees not later than March 1, 2015. The Comptroller General of the United States shall review the notification of compliance required by subsection
(a)and report any findings or recommendations to the congressional defense committees not later than 120 days after the date on which the notification is provided.
