Sec. 1262. Report on contractors with the Department of Defense that have conducted significant transactions with Iranian persons or the Government of Iran

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter for a period not to exceed 3 years, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that contains the following: A list of each contractor with the Department of Defense (including any subcontractors at any tier of the contractor), and any person owned or controlled by the contractor or that owns or controls the contractor, that has conducted a significant transaction with an Iranian person (other than an Iranian person listed under paragraph (2)) or the Government of Iran.
A list of each contractor with the Department of Defense (including any subcontractors at any tier of the contractor), and any person owned or controlled by the contractor or that owns or controls the contractor, that has conducted a significant transaction with an Iranian person whose property has been blocked pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224 (66 Fed. Reg. 49079) or Executive Order No. 13382 (70 Fed. Reg. 38567) during the 5-year period preceding the date of the submission of the report.
The value of each significant transaction described in paragraphs
(1)and (2). In this section, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate; and the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives.
