The first sentence of the second paragraph under the heading Department of Housing and Urban Development—Management and Administration—Transformation Initiative in title II of division A of Public Law 111–117 (123 Stat. 3093), as amended by section 2259 of title XII of division B of Public Law 112–10 (125 Stat. 197), is amended by striking : and all that follows through Provided , That Government Accountability Office . Section 218 of the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2012 (division C of Public Law 112–55 ; 125 Stat. 699) is repealed.
