Section 7307 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (f); and by redesignating subsection
(g)as subsection (f). Section 8110 of such title is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsections (d), (e), and
(f)as subsections (c), (d), and (e), respectively. Section 8125 of such title is amended— by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (d). Section 8110 of such title, as amended by subsection
(b)of this section, is further amended— by striking subsection (d), as redesignated by paragraph
(2)of such subsection
(b)of this section; and by redesignating subsection (e), as so redesignated, as subsection (d). Section 8153 of such title is amended by striking subsection (g). Section 7451(e) of such title is amended— by striking paragraph (5); and by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (5). Subchapter II of chapter 73 of such title is amended by striking section 7324. The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by striking the item relating to section 7324.
