(e)as subsection (d). Section 7451(e) of such title is amended— by striking paragraph (5); and by redesignating paragraph

(6)as paragraph (5). Subchapter II of chapter 73 of such title is amended by striking section 7324. The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by striking the item relating to section 7324.
