Section 1216 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 124 Stat. 4392), as most recently amended by section 1212 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 905), is further amended— in subsection (a)— by striking $25,000,000 and inserting $5,000,000 ; and by striking for fiscal year 2014 and inserting for fiscal year 2015 ; and in subsection (e), by striking December 31, 2014 and inserting December 31, 2015 .
