Sec. 1054. Business case analysis of the creation of an active duty association for the 168th Air Refueling Wing

The Secretary of the Air Force shall conduct a business case analysis of the creation of a 4–PAA (Personnel-Only) KC–135R active association with the 168th Air Refueling Wing. Such analysis shall include consideration of— any efficiencies or cost savings achieved assuming the 168th Air Refueling Wing meets 100 percent of current air refueling requirements after the active association is in place; improvements to the mission requirements of the 168th Air Refueling Wing and Air Mobility Command; and effects on the operations of Air Mobility Command.
Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the business case analysis conducted under subsection (a).
