Section 4(a)(2)(A) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act ( 43 U.S.C. 1333(a)(2)(A) ) is amended in the first sentence by striking , and the President and all that follows through the end of the sentence and inserting the following: . The lines extending seaward and defining each State’s Adjacent Zone, and the Atlantic OCS Planning Area, are as indicated on the maps for the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf region entitled . Atlantic OCS Region State Adjacent Zones and OCS Planning Areas , which is dated September 2005 and is on file in the Office of the Director, Minerals Management Service.
The Secretary shall designate the Adjacent Zones of States, and additional OCS Planning Areas, for parts of the United States Exclusive Economic Zone and outer Continental Shelf not covered by those maps.
