Section 565 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290ff–4 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(2), by striking not later than 1 year after the date on which amounts are first appropriated under subsection
(c)and inserting not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of the ; and Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act of 2013 in subsection (f)— by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: For the purpose of carrying out this part, there are authorized to be appropriated $117,000,000 for fiscal year 2015, $120,000,000 for fiscal year 2016, $123,000,000 for fiscal year 2017, $126,000,000 for fiscal year 2018, and $130,000,000 for fiscal year 2019. ; and by moving the margin of paragraph
(2)two ems to the right.
