Section 331 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 ( Public Law 106–291 ; 114 Stat. 996), as amended by section 336 of division E of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 ( Public Law 108–447 ; 118 Stat. 3102) and section 422 of the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010 (division A of Public Law 111–88 ; 123 Stat. 2961), is further amended— in the section heading, by striking ; in C olorado in subsection (a)— in the subsection heading, by striking ;
